Recipe number 4. 10-12 fresh basil leaves (you can take dried herbs, about 20 g) pour a glass of water and keep in a water bath until half of the liquid has evaporated. Add a pinch of salt to the remaining 100 g. Drink 1-2 times a day for 100 g (1/2 cup).

Recipe number 5. 50 g of cinquefoil root pour 0. 5 liters of vodka and put in a dark place for a month. Take 3 times a day for one teaspoon.

Recipe number 6. In a three -liter jar, put 100 g of yeast, 3 tbsp. l elecampane herb and 1 tbsp. l darling. Add water so that 5-6 cm is left to the side, and place rubber gloves around the neck. The mixture should be fermented for a month, after which take half a glass 2 times a day.

Hot compresses can be made from herbal infusions, for which you need black elderberry, chamomile, thyme and St. John’s wort. Herbs should be taken in equal parts, poured with boiling water and infused for 15-20 minutes. This procedure is best done at night: moisten the gauze in the infusion, attach to the lower back, cover with polyethylene and attach.

Dissolve the mustard powder in warm water until creamy. Apply the resulting ointment on the back and warm. Hold until burning, but no more than 5 minutes.

For the next recipe you will need: a triple bottle of cologne, 2 bottles of valerian and iodine, 5 red hot peppers. Mix the ingredients in a dark glass bottle, shake and insist for a day. At night, simply lubricate the lower back with tincture or paint a tissue such as iodine. From above, wrap your back with a fur or fur scarf.

Treatment with folk remedies at home includes the use of horseradish. Alcohol tinctures, ointments, compresses and lotions are made from it, from which the leaves or roots of the plant are taken.

Recipe number 1. Place some horseradish leaves in a glass container and pour 0. 5 liters of vodka. Insist for two days. This procedure consists of kneading wet leaves on the sore spot. Recipe number 3. Prepared, as in the previous recipe, horseradish mixed with sour cream (2 tbsp), apply on the back, cover with cling film and a warm scarf. Recipe number 4. Pass the roots and leaves of horseradish through a meat grinder, then put the resulting "minced meat" in a linen bag. It is easier to do the procedure together, as it will be harder to do it yourself. Place a bag of horseradish on the bottom of the butt and iron with a preheated iron for at least three minutes. After that, cover the compress from above with a warm scarf and lie down for 15-20 minutes. Then remove the bag. A bag of carrot leaves can be used several times.
